The owner is an engineer and knows what he is doing and so instructs his workmen.
The only slight glitch is that sometimes the owner was so busy that he did not return call quickly, but I really do understand that.

I needed my steps to my driveway replaced and some patch work on other places around my home. I had several price quotes given me. Several were much too high for me. one man gave me a similar price to Ace’s but never returned my calls. He was too gruff and rough for me anyway.
